You never stop learning, even in the restaurant business. That's why we at Luigia we never stop studying, experimenting, putting ourselves to the test.

Luigia Academy, close to the CERN headquarters, is not just our school... it is many things together.

Here we train our staff, test new recipes, put the principles of the circular economy into practice, hold courses and masterclasses open to the public, and tend an organic vegetable garden. We experiment endlessly in search of solutions to offer to all restaurateurs.

A restaurant Luigia

Luigia Academy is our third restaurant in the Canton of Geneva, located in the heart of The Hive Campus in Meyrin.

As in all the restaurants of the group, we offer authentic and quality Italian cuisine, applying the principles that have made our success so far.

Here our new collaborators come to train and refine their skills and roles, under the supervision of our best talents. And sometimes, the guests who sit at the tables can be the first to "test", with satisfaction, a service that we can define as "experimental".

Space for culinary creation

In addition to the restaurant business, Luigia Academy it is a place of culinary creation and experimentation. Our philosophy has always been to apply the methods of gourmet cuisine to our pizzeria restaurants, without giving up the best quality-price ratio.
