Welcome aperitif (one drink per person).
In the first part of the course we will talk about the history of pizza and the most important processes of the different dough techniques, as well as the various ingredients and flours used, to then knead by hand starting from the basic ingredients.
Afterwards, the participants will be able to roll out, season and bake a pizza Luigia each and eat the freshly made pizzas, choice of 4 toppings.

If the course does not reach the minimum number indicated, the reservations will be moved to the next course date.
The order becomes effective only with the return of the signed contract. All prices shown are in Swiss Francs and are subject to change.
The final number must be confirmed 7 working days before the event; this number will be invoiced.
- 7 days before the event: 30% of the order will be invoiced; - 72 hours before the event: 50% of the order; - 24 hours before the event and on the day of the event: 100% of the order.
- 50% deposit upon order (signing of contract);
- Balance 30 days after the event without discounts.
Depending on the event, we define the number of collaborators needed. Employees are paid by the hour. Waiting and travel times count as working time.
All prices shown are inclusive of all taxes. The VAT rate of 2,5% is applied according to the Food Act and 7,7% according to the Wine, Spirits, Equipment Rental, Service Personnel, Deliveries and Beverages Act.
The person who signs accepts, on his behalf or on behalf of the company he represents, the terms of the reservation and its conditions.
