Welcome aperitif (one drink per person).
In the first part of the course we will talk about the history of pizza and the most important processes of the different dough techniques, as well as the various ingredients and flours used, to then knead by hand starting from the basic ingredients.
Afterwards, the participants will be able to roll out, season and bake a pizza Luigia each and eat the freshly made pizzas, choice of 4 toppings.
