«I moved to Switzerland with the idea of ​​having an experience abroad and continuing to cultivate my greatest passion: catering. I was struck by lightning Luigia because I love Italy, and working in a company that exports the Bel Paese and our culinary tradition makes me proud. My path to Luigia starts in 2016 from the simplest position, that of runner in the Nyon restaurant. There I met and collaborated with wonderful people who helped me grow both personally and professionally.
